Did you know we have different speed limits during the day and night here in Texas? I have been trying to think of things that are "different" from up north compared to here, and had completely forgot about this difference! I am so used to it already! I must say, I find this more useful and 'smart' than just setting the speed limit at 55 mph and everyone going 60 mph anyway...
